Stakeholders of the Group and the Bank
The Group maintains a dialogue and engagement with our stakeholders to understand their interests and views, set priorities, and identify opportunities and areas for improvement. We identify specific stakeholder groups6 and update their profiles. We not only listen to stakeholders but also strive to ensure that the voice of the Group is heard. Therefore, we use various communication channels in our interactions.
