It aims to deepen the skills needed for personal and professional development. Applications can be submitted online until 15 November.

Santander’s global scholarship programmes in the second half of the year focus on language learning and digital transformation. In the first half of 2022, the programme focused on courses on women’s leadership skills, as well as courses on communication and negotiation. The programmes were delivered by: London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), the University of Cambridge, the British Council and Harvard Business Publishing Education.

Scholarship programmes in Poland

In 2021, Santander Bank Polska awarded more than 6,700 grants to students and entrepreneurs. In the first half of this year, the bank launched the Santander Scholarship | Business in Practice programme. Its aim is to develop business skills and increase employability. The programme includes practical courses on the psychology of sales. In addition, it teaches sales performance management, negotiation and the use of basic online tools for branding and sales.

Santander Scholarships programmes promote the idea of lifelong learning. The scholarships increase the chances of participants in the labour market by improving their professional qualifications and the possibility of acquiring new competences.

The scholarships and grants offered by the bank confirm our commitment to lifelong learning, promotion of development and equal opportunities. For more than 25 years, we have partnered with renowned universities and educational institutions around the world to share their experience and knowledge with society. An extremely important element of the programme is the involvement of Polish universities - by organising programmes not only for the academic community, but for every resident of Poland who is interested in improving their professional skills and competences.
