Santander Bank Polska the best bank for business

This is the third time that Santander Bank Polska has won the „Business Friendly Bank” ranking organised by the Forbes monthly. The bank also came third in Newsweek’s “Friendly Bank” ranking in the “Bank for the Kowalski” (retail bank) category.

At this year’s gala, prizes were awarded to the winners of the Forbes’ „Business Friendly Bank” and Newsweek’s „Friendly Bank” rankings. This year’s Forbes ranking primarily assessed the extent to which the business customer feels the bank’s support and the commitment of the adviser in adapting financial solutions to their needs.

Santander Bank Polska renders services to 552,000 micro, small and medium-sized businesses, including 359,000 digitally active customers. The bank is constantly improving and expanding its offering to make everyday banking quick and easy. Recently, business customers received a new mobile application, with access to BLIK service. In the Newsweek ranking, the bank came third in the “Bank for Kowalski” category. The aspects assessed by the auditors included the competence and commitment of advisors, their understanding of customers’ needs and the presentation of the bank’s offering.

The Forbes ranking assesses bank services and service quality for SMEs, while the Newsweek ranking evaluates bank services and service quality for individual customers. Both service quality ratings are based on the mystery shopper method in cooperation with the Minds & Roses research agency.
