Santander Bank Polska on the list of Diversity IN Check

Santander Bank Polska has been entered on the Diversity IN Check list of most advanced employers in Poland in terms of diversity and creating inclusive workplaces.

It’s been another year that Santander Bank Polska is among the most advanced employers in Poland in terms of diversity and inclusiveness according to Diversity IN Check. It is a tool that aims to examine the level of maturity of the organization in managing diversity and building an inclusive work environment. To qualify, an organization must obtain a certain score in a survey conducted by the Responsible Business Forum, which coordinates the Diversity Charter in Poland.  The questionnaire includes questions from five areas: management basics, programs and activities of the organization, building commitment, results indicators and additional ones related to COVID-19. In this year’s Diversity IN Check 39 companies and organizations were recognized as the most advanced in managing diversity, caring for inclusion and striving to achieve social cohesion. A total of 47 organizations participated in the survey this year.

One of the fundamental values in our organization is to promote diversity and inclusiveness in the workplace. Respect for individuality, equal treatment and anti-discrimination are embedded in our bank's strategy. Through our initiatives we want to support diverse social groups in achieving their goals and create space for them to develop and improve their qualifications. Our programmes are an expression of social responsibility and we hope that they will inspire other companies to introduce such changes.
