Santander Bank Polska, on the basis of the sector moratorium, has prepared aid solutions for customers struggling with the effects of the floods. These include both deferment of loan instalments for retail and business customers and fee waivers. The bank, together with the Foundation, has also launched a fundraising campaign for the purchase of flood relief equipment and has donated PLN 1 million for this purpose.

We understand the difficult situation in which people affected by the floods have found themselves. We want to be of help to our personal customers as well as businesses and that is why, without waiting for statutory measures, we announced already last week our aid solutions offered for the most important credit products. We are now adding further relief measures, based on proposals developed by the banking sector.
