Goal 3 - Good health and well-being
Goal 8 - Decent work and economic growth
Goal 11 - Sustainable cities and communities
Goal 13 - Climate action
Goal 17 - Partnerships for the goals

Santander Bank Polska has prepared the second edition of its ‘Business talks over coffee’ webinars. During six meetings, experts in AI, taxes, cybersecurity, marketing and finance will provide tips on how to run a business successfully.

The first edition of webinars was very popular. The reason for this was the topics of the meetings and the high-class experts who shared their knowledge and experience, including company owners, investors, lawyers, but also lecturers and trainers. We talked about how to prepare an attractive offer to attract customers, how to stand out on the market to become a recognisable brand, and how to communicate effectively in the business world. For Santander Bank Polska, it is very important to support our customers through educational projects. We want to be a partner for small and medium-sized enterprises, not only financially, but also by providing them with professional knowledge and helping them to establish, run and develop their companies.

Rafał Jakubowski

Director of Communications and Brand Experience at Santander Bank Polska

The webinar series „Business talks over coffee” is an offer for small and medium-sized companies. Its aim is not only to educate entrepreneurs, but also to strengthen the role of Santander Bank Polska as an institution associated with the segment of small and medium-sized enterprises, which offers  substantive support at every stage of business activity.

Small and medium-sized companies are a key segment for our bank. That is why we are constantly developing our range of products and services to better support them in their daily business. We see that the biggest needs of companies today are related to financing, cybersecurity and effective management. That is why we provide them with tools and solutions that will help them meet these challenges. Among other things, we share knowledge by preparing educational projects in which our bank experts play a key role. Their experience and expertise enable entrepreneurs to gain practical skills and successfully cope with the changing market environment.

Filip Jaskuła

The new series of webinars starts on 26 March. Six episodes are planned every two weeks until 4 June. Not only specialists from Santander Bank Polska will familiarise participants with the topics, but also market experts such as Artur Kurasiński, Ilona Przetacznik or Paweł Hordyński.

The first topic will be artificial intelligence in business. During the webinar, entrepreneurs will learn, for example, how to start using AI in companies to make their everyday life easier and save time. In the following episodes, experts will focus on such topics as:

  • How to protect your company against cyber threats to guarantee IT security,
  • What to do to deal with fiscal challenges in 2025, and which products help optimise taxes.
  • How to comprehensively secure the future of your company
  • How to analyse data and use it in marketing campaigns and how to support a personal brand.

A webinar has also been planned on building financial resilience using both traditional tools and modern investments based on the green transformation.
