Santander Bank Polska becomes a partner of the European Financial Congress
Experts from Santander Bank Polska will be among the key speakers at the debate on the condition and challenges facing the financial sector. The event agenda focuses on issues such as sustainable development, modern management, digital transformation in finance and security.
Santander Bank Polska will be a partner of the congress, which is one of the most important events for the financial industry in Poland, for another year in a row.

Santander Bank Polska will be represented by experts in numerous congress discussions. Michał Gajewski, CEO, will speak at the panel entitled ‘Deregulation from the perspective of the financial sector: What Brussels can do and what we can do’ and in the CEO Debate entitled ‘Challenges facing the banking sector’. Vice-Presidents Andrzej Burliga and Artur Głembocki and economist Piotr Bielski will sit at the EKF Round Tables: Technology, Banking Risk and Macroeconomics.
Board Members of Santander Bank Polska, including Vice-President Magdalena Proga-Stępień and members Dorota Strojkowska and Magdalena Szwarc-Bakuła, as well as Piotr Bodył-Szymala and Paweł Kołodziński, will share their knowledge on topics such as the role of banks in digital ecosystems, transaction security, the bottom line of the Polish Presidency and diversity in the workplace.
During this year’s event, experts, leaders and market practitioners will address key issues for the Polish financial sector in the areas of technology, security, development and adaptation to new challenges. They will also discuss how to strengthen competitiveness and increase attractiveness from the perspective of the ending presidency.
The European Financial Congress 2025 will take place between 2 and 4 June in Sopot.
