Santander Bank Polska has earned the Great Place to Work® certificate for the third time!
This prestigious award is granted based on employee feedback regarding their workplace experience. This year, as many as 77% of surveyed bank employees stated that the bank is a great place to work in Poland.
Great Place To Work® is a global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and leadership behaviour. The key metric for certification is a positive result in the employee opinion survey (Trust Index™). This survey is based on a methodology developed by Great Place To Work that assesses employee experiences at a given company.
