The training programs focus on the most in-demand skills today, such as leadership, innovation, data-driven decision-making, marketing, artificial intelligence, and foreign languages. The courses also include practical exercises.
Applications can be submitted until December 9 via the Santander Open Academy platform — a global educational initiative by the bank, offering fully funded courses, free educational materials, and financial awards at renowned universities and educational institutions. Participants will be able to complete any number of courses at their own pace throughout the year on the Coursera platform, and will receive a certificate upon completing each course. Importantly, a university degree or being a Santander Bank client is not required.
