It also took second place in the overall category “Złoty Bank” – best omnichannel service quality. In addition, Santander Bank Polska ranked among the leaders in the categories “Best omnichannel service quality – call center”, “Best personal account”, “Best children’s account”, “Premium account”, as well as “Best social media”.
Santander Bank Polska has stood on the podium of the “Złoty Bankier” ranking in the main category, i.e., “Złoty Bank”, continuously for 9 years.
This year it placed second. In the category “Best omnichannel service quality – branches” the bank took first place, and third place in the category “Best omnichannel service quality – call center”.

In the product categories, assessed by the chapter based on surveys, the bank took first place in the category “Best cash loan”. It ranked second in the categories “Premium account” and “Best children’s account”, and third for “Personal account” and “Social media”.

The bank’s first place in the product ranking “Best cash loan” proves that its offer meets the highest customer expectations.
The Złoty Bank ranking is based on a study carried out by Minds & Roses commissioned by the editors of Bankier.pl and Puls Biznesu.
For the purposes of the “Złoty Bankier” ranking, banks are evaluated by so-called mystery clients, who have no relationship with the institution being assessed, as well as by auditors who are its customers. They examine the full spectrum of customer contact channels: from meetings with advisers in branches and conversations with the call center, through email contact, chat and forms. Auditors focus on the approach to the customer, accurate diagnosis of needs, and the way banking products are presented. A separate stage is the assessment of the usability of the mobile app and the online transactional service.
“Złoty Bankier” is a prestigious ranking organized by Bankier.pl and Puls Biznesu that for years has been a reliable source of knowledge about the quality of banking service. The plebiscite promotes the highest market standards and products that meet customer expectations. This year, the “Złoty Bankier” ranking had its 17th edition, and the statuette for the “Złoty Bank” was presented for the eleventh time.
