”Barrier or Career”- Diversity campaign at Santander Bank Polska

Santander Bank Polska has launched a new recruitment campaign with the slogan 'Barrier or Career? It is aimed at people with various degrees of disability.

Three bank employees, Gosia, Mateusz and Darek, took part in it. They appeared in front of the camera and told their stories of working at Santander Bank Polska. The campaign makes people realise that everyone has their strengths, that weaknesses should not be an obstacle and that the bank creates a diverse working environment in which everyone has equal opportunities for development.

Benefits for employees with disabilities at Santander Bank Polska

A disability certificate gives the bank’s employees access to various entitlements under the Act on Employment of Persons with Disabilities. Such entitlements mainly concern working time and depend on the degree of disability. Employees with a certificate can, for example, benefit from a financial allowance for healthcare purposes and also have 2 extra days off to use for health-related purposes.
