Santander and Harvard Business Publishing Education offer free training for university teachers
The Santander: Essential Teaching Techniques training offers 300 places to university teachers from 13 countries. Participants will learn global best practices and effective teaching strategies.
The training is free and conducted remotely in English, Portuguese and Spanish, and participants do not need to be Santander Bank Polska customers. Applications can be submitted at until 1 July 2024.
The Santander Group is offering 300 places on the Santander Training: Essential Teaching Techniques to explore global best practices and effective teaching strategies at the higher education level. Harvard Business Publishing Education, which together with the Santander Group organises the programme, is an independent non-profit organisation affiliated with Harvard Business School.
Every day we witness fast-paced social and economic changes. In order to keep up with them and be able to adapt to the changing expectations of the market, business and of the environment in which we all live, education is essential. A key element of education is teachers and their development. That is why, together with Harvard Business Publishing Education, we have prepared another edition of training courses for faculty members. We encourage you to participate and we are sure that investment in the development of training competencies will translate into an even higher level of teaching at universities, for the benefit of the next generations of students.
The training takes place online. Participation requires at least three years of experience in university teaching. The Santander: Essential Teaching Techniques training is available to university staff from 13 countries (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Spain, Colombia, Mexico, Germany, Peru, Poland, Portugal, United States, Uruguay and the United Kingdom). The programme is free of charge and participants do not need to be Santander Bank Polska customers.
The course lasts 10 weeks. It is available in Spanish, English and Portuguese. The programme offers a variety of teaching methods, including live sessions, mentoring, interaction with other participants and self-study materials.
