Santander Bank Polska has made it to the list of Great Places to WorkTM Poland 2024, announced by GPTW Institute Polska. The bank was recognised for its corporate culture and friendly working environment.

The award from Great Place to Work goes to a group of the best companies among the holders of the 2023 Great Place to Work certification. Santander Bank Polska was recognised for creating a friendly and flexible working environment and corporate culture. A key factor was a positive result in an employee survey – the Trust Index™. The survey assesses the consistency of employee experience regardless of age, gender or job role. In this way, the certificate is only awarded to organisations that employees believe are an exceptional place to work.

This special recognition from the world's leading expert in the area of workplace culture is a source of pride and a credit to all of our bank's employees. We were selected to be among a small group of the "best of the best" companies that received the Great Place to Work certification last year. We were rated highly for our corporate culture, consistency of employee experience, trust in the employer and pride in the workplace. These are areas that we are constantly trying to improve through open dialogue with employees and the support of the management and leaders of our organisation. I am very pleased that, thanks to our values, attitudes and joint efforts, we have created an outstanding workplace in the marketplace.

The bank places an emphasis on diversity and the prevention of exclusion, for which it was shortlisted for the fourth time on the Diversity IN Check list. In addition, the Diversity IN Check programme prepares the organisation to hire people with disabilities and raises awareness of the needs of this group of employees. The bank was also recognised for providing equal opportunities for men and women in the labour market and promoting action against the pay gap for which it was awarded the Equal Pay Certificate.

These awards and distinctions are a positive testament to the bank’s strategy, which is based on three pillars: Total Experience, Total Digitisation and Total Responsibility. With this approach, we have an even stronger focus on building the best customer and employee experience in order to be the bank of first choice and inspire positive emotions.
