IMPACT is one of the most important events of the year, bringing together world-class experts and business leaders. This year’s edition will feature key discussions on the future of the economy and technology, and Santander Bank Polska, as a strategic partner of the event, will actively participate in the debates, which will take place on 14 and 15 May in Poznań.

Thanks to IMPACT, an event that attracts global leaders in business, science and politics every year, the city of Poznań will once again become the centre of discussions on the global future.

The development of artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, innovations in financial technologies, the circular economy, healthcare, and the role of leaders and their impact on business development are just some of the topics that will be discussed at this year’s event. The speakers will include prominent experts, leading politicians, and business leaders, including representatives of Santander Bank Polska who will take part in key discussions on topics such as strategies in the face of global changes, shaping a modern work culture, the future of the global economy, the importance of credibility in business, and the role of marketing in a changing environment.

During the General Session entitled ‘The Changing World: How to Respond Locally to Global Changes,’ Michał Gajewski, CEO of Santander Bank Polska, will speak alongside Francis Fukuyama, political scientist and economist from Stanford University.

In addition, representatives of Santander Bank Polska will participate in 11 other panels held in 6 thematic tracks:

IMPACT’25 is one of the most important and prestigious economic events in Central and Eastern Europe. This year, 650 speakers will appear on 10 interactive stages, addressing 23 thematic tracks. The organisers are expecting over 6,000 participants, including some high-profile names. Invited guests include US President Barack Obama, who will speak on 15 May in a moderated discussion, political scientist Francis Fukuyama, and authors of best-selling books, including Mark Leonard, Peter Pomerantsev, Anna Lembke and Nobel Prize winner Olga Tokarczuk.
