Santander Bank Polska wins a Great Place to Work award

Santander Bank Poland made it onto the prestigious list of Great Places to WorkTM Poland 2025, announced by the Great Place to Work® Institute Poland. The bank was recognised for its exceptional corporate culture and the creation of a friendly work environment.

The Great Place to Work title was awarded to 25% of the best companies among those that obtained Great Place to Work certification in 2024. Santander Bank Polska was recognized for creating a friendly and flexible work environment and organizational culture. A key requirement was a positive result in the employee Trust Index™ survey. The survey assesses the consistency of employee experience regardless of age, gender or job role. In this way only organizations that employees believe are an exceptional place to work are certified.

Receiving this prestigious award from an internationally acclaimed work culture organization is a source of great satisfaction for us. This year, our corporate culture, mutual trust, consistency of experience, and pride in work were particularly highly rated. We are continuously working on these areas while maintaining open communication with employees and benefitting from the support of management and leaders. I'm pleased that through our values and joint efforts we have managed to create a unique workplace that stands out in the market. This is the result of the commitment of the entire team.
