Santander Bank Polska wins the „Company Friendly Bank” ranking
For the second time running, Santander Bank Polska won the 'Company Friendly Bank’ ranking of the FORBES monthly. In this year’s ranking, the bank was recognised for the quality of its service, customer acquisition and remote contact channels.
This time, the multi-stage survey assessed the offer for small and medium-sized companies, the availability of advisors and their involvement in proposing solutions tailored to the client’s needs. Remote channels are an important element of the survey. New to the survey is an assessment of the customer’s emotions when contacting the bank.
I am delighted that we have once again been recognised for our service to small and medium-sized companies, especially as this year's survey placed great emphasis on advisory services. We want to be a partner for SMEs at all times and, in line with our mission, help them prosper every day. This is especially important now, in difficult economic conditions, as these companies are the lifeblood of the economy.
Santander Bank Polska serves more than 500,000 micro, small and medium-sized companies, providing them with state-of-the-art financial solutions every day. 334,000 are digital customers, accessing the bank via remote channels, including 162,000 users of the mobile application.
„We see that our offer for small and medium-sized companies is attracting interest, with more and more customers choosing remote channels. Our services are no longer just finance, but a whole package of additional solutions that allow entrepreneurs to focus on running their businesses,” adds Michal Gajewski.
The bank is also consistently simplifying its services and products to make banking easy. For the corporate account, it offers a package of e-services, useful for managing a business. These include financial services: eAccounting, eFaktoring, eInvoicing and eDeposit. One can also take advantage of a special offer of commission-free purchases in the eLeasing service and access to private medical packages in the eHealth service.
The Forbes monthly ranking evaluates banking services and service quality for companies in the SME segment. The study was carried out by the Minds & Roses research agency.
The auditors examined 13 banks in 144 audits, checking the offer for sole traders, individual entrepreneurs with 3 years of business experience and experienced entrepreneurs with more than 5 years of business history.
