Santander Bank Polska has once again been ranked among the best employers in Poland and Europe. The certificate confirms the bank’s commitment to creating a better working environment, high standards in human resources management and a friendly organisational culture.
The Top Employers Institute programme certifies organisations on the basis of a survey of the best human resources management practices. The survey covers six areas, comprising 20 topics related to the working environment, talent acquisition, learning, diversity, inclusion and employee well-being.
This is the eighth consecutive year that Santander Bank Polska has been certified as a Top Employer Poland and Top Employer Europe and has joined employers who care about their employees.
