In the ‘Best Annual Report’ competition organised by the Accounting and Tax Institute, the bank’s annual report was recognised in three categories. For the fourth time, it received the ‘Best of the Best’ award for the best annual report. The bank was also awarded for the best statement on the application of corporate governance principles and for its remuneration report.
The final gala of ‘The Best Annual Report’ competition took place on 16 October 2025 in the Trading Hall of the Warsaw Stock Exchange building.
Being once again in the prestigious group of those distinguished as ‘Best of the Best’ in the 20th anniversary edition of the competition, we have confirmed that our financial reporting, like many other areas of our bank’s operations, is recognised as a model to follow. We are very pleased with this distinction, as it is the result of many years of consistent implementation of the highest standards of quality in our work and the highest level of expertise in the very demanding and constantly changing field of financial reporting. We quickly and efficiently implement changes and respond to the needs of our stakeholders and other market participants on an ongoing basis, which, as you can see, is appreciated by them on a regular basis,
This latest award confirms that our consistent efforts to build strong corporate governance are paying off. I am very happy and proud that Santander continues to set trends in the market. I congratulate everyone who applies these principles on a daily basis at the bank.
