In the current rapidly evolving, uncertain reality and in view of  the demographic  challenges, the exponential  rate of technological progress, the emergence of new business models changing entirely the market situation, not only in the banking  services sector,  and the questions about the values and the role of business in the society, we need to change even faster. And the key to success is people. Never before have these words been more accurate. That’s why the values which are at the heart of all that we do include dialogue, openness  and respect for diversity. We are happy that we can support the National Diversity Day which this year is held in our Relational Centre.
