We have the best CSR Report

On October 15, the results of the 14th „CSR Reports” competition organized by the Responsible Business Forum and Deloitte were announced. The competition awarded the best  corporate social responsibility reports. Santander Bank Polska received the main prize in the CSR Report category.

Social responsibility plays an important role in Santander Bank Polska’s Strategy for 2020-2022, and the CSR Report is one of the most important reports for us. The direction of our activities is determined by our focus on the needs of the client, as well as the support to individuals, businesses and investments that minimize the environmental footprint. For years we have been implementing projects in the area of inclusive and green banking, among others. In this year’s edition of the report, special emphasis has been placed on presenting information that is most important from the point of view of investors, regulators and the European Union. These include ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) indicators, the European Commission guidelines on the disclosure of non-financial information related to climate impact and UNEP FI – Principles for Responsible Banking. The main prize in the Corporate Social Responsibility Reports competition is a great honor for us
Michał Gajewski
