RazemPokonamy.pl – a new website offers help at the time of coronavirus pandemic

Santander Bank Polska launches a publicly accessible website RazemPokonamy.pl. It will gather the most useful and reliable information and tips to facilitate the survival of the pandemic times. It is a part of the Group’s international responsible banking campaign called Santander. All. Together. Now.

The website RazemPokonamy.pl has been launched and offers continuously updated and verified content, with links leading only to proven sources of information. The aim of the website is to provide reliable information and gather knowledge which is most needed now in connection with the ongoing pandemic.

At this difficult time for everyone, we want to be a partner for our clients – not only in financial matters, but also to make their daily lives easier. We are an institution of public trust and we act responsibly: we introduce many financial solutions for our Clients which mitigate the effects of the current situation and we actively engage in helping Polish hospitals. We also see a need to increase our engagement with the Clients and to go beyond the existing business cooperation. Our response to this need is the launch of the information website RazemPokonamy.pl

says Michał Gajewski, CEO

The website contains official announcements, including regulations and reports published by the government and the health authorities and information about aid schemes for households (e.g. additional parental benefits), companies and self-employed persons. All articles have been arranged thematically, making it easier to navigate around them, so that users can easily find the information of interest to them.

For those who would like to get actively involved in the fight against the pandemic, a special „You Can Help” section was prepared. This section contains a list of volunteer actions with links to official platforms where you can join forces or donate money to charity.

In order to make it as easy as possible for everyone to cope through the difficult time of isolation, the website also includes the „Activities at home” tab with ideas and tips for spending time at home, such as everyday learning of new skills, attractive forms of entertainment and common activities for the whole family: playing with children, cooking, and tips and tools to make remote work more effective.

In the „Health” section you can find exercises to do at home, recommendations and advice from specialists, as well as a link to the official website with an online diagnostic test. Additionally, an interactive map posted on the website will show users the nearest health centres, pharmacies and shops, as well as branches and ATMs of all banks.

The current situation poses a huge challenge for all of us, also in the cognitive dimension, which is why we have decided to create a website that will gather reliable information and official announcements in one place. Our site will be a database of practical knowledge, clearly structured and easily accessible. It will also be expanded according to current developments in order to be as useful as possible

says Artur Sikora, Corporate Communications and Marketing Director at Santander Bank Polska
  • The international initiative was originated by Banco Santander with the launch of the „Esto lo superamos juntos” („We will survive it together”) website on 6 April 2020 – a platform open to the public where individuals and companies can find information and tools useful in the fight against the coronavirus (COVID-19). The website is available in Spain, Brazil, Mexico and Portugal, and now also in Poland.

The website is part of Banco Santander’s global support program known as Santander All. Together. Now. The programme operates a €25 million fund to purchase medical equipment. Additionally, everyone can donate money  via the website. Santander All. Together. Now also offers special solutions to provide companies with liquidity and the possibility of taking advantage of suspension of credit repayment to help mitigate the negative impact of the coronavirus crisis on the financial situation of the customers.
