Santander Universidades and Puls Biznesu together for SGH

Since mid-April, faculty staff and other members of the academic community of the Warsaw School of Economics have been provided with have unlimited and free access to „Puls Biznesu” subscription. This is possible thanks to the cooperation between the School, Bonnier Business Polska, the publisher of the daily and Santander Universidades.

Every day ‘Puls Biznesu’ publishes over one hundred most important pieces of information from the world of economy, business and finance and exclusive news from Polish and foreign companies, which are not featured in other media. Students of the best Polish university of economics, who will soon join the ranks of presidents and managers of companies, must already know how to navigate in the world of the real economy. Therefore, reading „PB” is a perfect complement to academic knowledge gained from lectures and textbooks. The articles describing how companies are coping today with the gigantic economic crisis, unknown for decades, can be very helpful for students. This is invaluable knowledge, which will certainly pay off when they will soon have to take the lead themselves

says Grzegorz Nawacki, editor-in-chief of "Puls Biznesu" and the pb.pl website

Free and unlimited access to the content of „Puls Biznesu” for about 35,000 members of the Warsaw School of Economics community is possible thanks to the project partner, Santander Universidades. This is a highly successful worldwide program implemented in Poland  by Santander Bank Polska which supports the academic world and aims at internationalisation of education, development of entrepreneurship and students’ competences as well as better preparation of graduates for entering the labour market.

Today, more than ever, we understand how important it is to have access to verified and reliable information, and therefore, on behalf of Santander Bank Polska, I warmly invite students to actively use the resources made available to them on a daily basis

says Wojciech Leśniewski, Director of Santander Universidades office in Poland

The Rector of the Warsaw School of Economics, Professor Marek Rocki, also encourages students to use the free online subscription of „Puls Biznesu”. Now they can use it anywhere, which is much more convenient than the solutions used in the past, such as logging to the university network or access requiring physical presence on the premises of the university.
