In 2018, no fines were imposed on Santander Bank Polska for non-compliance with the laws or regulations. The Consumer and Competition Protection Office (UOKiK) issued one decision obliging the bank to offer compensation to eligible customers and conclude free-of-charge annexes to payment services agreements. No fine or monetary sanction was imposed in connection with the decision.
