In Santander Bank Polska, the body in charge of corporate social responsibility is the CSR and Sustainability Committee. The Committee sets the standards and is responsible for the management of sustainable development and responsible business. It acts as the main discussion forum for sustainable development and CSR topics, defines the strategic directions of action and monitors the goals of sustainable development and CSR management in all areas of activity of our organization.
Responsibilities of the CSR and Sustainability Committee of Santander Bank Polska:
- defines annual objectives in the area of sustainable development and corporate social responsibility;
- manages the sustainability and CSR policy of Santander Bank Polska Group;
- oversees compliance with the provisions of the banks’ Sustainability and CSR Policy;
- approves long-term corporate social responsibility plans of the bank;
- coordinates and oversees the CSR and sustainability policy and aligns it with the Group’s business objectives;
- monitors and evaluates projects and initiatives implemented under the strategy;
- conducts CSR and sustainability analyses of the organization.
