Ethical education

Development of the Corporate Defence model – a set of internal principles and rules preventing risk materialization and reducing the probability of the risk of criminal liability of employees;

Commencement of the development of an IT platform which will allow employees to report all concerns and issues (also anonymously) and will facilitate efficient management of the reports;

Continuation of the training and educational campaign on the intranet reminding employees about the available communication channels and encouraging the reporting of any breaches of the law;

Continuation of the e-learning program covering ethical and compliance topics (a component of mandatory employee training for many years);

Incorporating ethical and reputational aspects in the Risk Pro information and training campaign.

Building the speak-up culture – activities encouraging employees to report ethical issues via dedicated channels and development of related indicators

Continuation of a communication campaign promoting ethical attitudes and presenting the channels which can be used to report an issue – addressed to employees and, separately, to Board Members

Designing educational activities for the management based on the learning lessons from the reports – in partnership with the Development Department

Review and updating of the Respect and Dignity Policy
